Shipping Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Tidyra offers free shipping on all orders across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in eligible locations.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are placed and confirmed. Processing and delivery times may vary based on product availability, your location, courier operations, and other factors.

Your estimated delivery date, if available, will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. We’ll contact you if there is a significant delay or an issue processing your order.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free on all orders. No shipping charge will be added at checkout unless a charge is clearly shown before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across India, subject to serviceability at your PIN code. If COD is available for your address, it will appear as a payment option at checkout. Please keep the order amount ready when the courier arrives.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, where available. You can use those details to check the shipment’s progress.

Delivery Address and Contact Details

Please check that your shipping address, PIN code, and phone number are correct before placing your order. If you need to update your details, contact us as soon as possible at tidyra.support@gmail.com. We may not be able to make changes once the order has been dispatched.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather, remote locations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated, contact us and we’ll help check with the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at tidyra.support@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and product.

For return and refund eligibility, please refer to Tidyra’s Returns and Refunds Policy.

This policy sets out the store’s delivery terms, which Indian e-commerce guidance says should be fair and reasonable or clearly refer customers to the shipping policy.
